DUE TO WHHS OFFICE BY MAY 29, 2026

DAY OF THE EVENT (PLEASE READ)

• Departure time from WHHS is 12:30 p.m. on Friday, June 5, 2026. Students should arrive on campus by 11:00 a.m. to check-in

• Please park in the Senior lot or the staff lot. The buses will pick us up in the staff lot.

• Students cannot bring their own food or drinks on the bus. We will provide snacks for the trip.

• There will be 4 adult/staff chaperones on each bus.

• The entry tickets include one meal voucher.

• Students cannot bring their own purse or backpack. One will be provided for them by Universal Studios for their wallets, cell phones, and other non-restricted items.

• Students will be searched prior to receiving their wristband and ticket.

• Once they have been searched they may not return to their vehicles.

• Reusable water bottles are allowed and must be empty when they enter the bus.

• This is a SOBER GRAD BASH. No alcohol, vapes, cigarettes, or any illegal substances allowed. Universal has drug dogs patrolling the entrance to the park.

  • If any student is found to have items that are not allowed they will be removed from the premises and may be arrested.

  • Students will have to call their parents to come pick them up if this happens.

• Students MAY NOT wear any WHHS gear or any school identifying apparel.

• We will leave Universal Studios at 1:00 a.m. to check in at the buses with plans to depart no later than 2:00 a.m. from their parking structure. We will arrive in the West Hills parking lot around 4:30-5:00 a.m. on Saturday morning.
